In view of the current state of COVID-19 and with the new directive of our government to impose the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ). Enagic will implement new guidelines to protect the safety and well-being of our employees and customers.
For the following reminder of our general safety and rules for the client inside the office premises.

Please wear proper face masks at all times. – NO FACE MASK, NO ENTRY.

Observe social distance of 1-metre between the client and employee.

Wash your hands using sanitizer and alcohol.

Cover your mouth when you cough and sneezing in front of our employee and marketing counter area.

Transaction procedures:

Sales inquiries can only be accommodated thru email and telephone.

Cebu and Davao offices are maintaining closed. All emails will be transferred to BGC Manila office.

Purchase of accessories should be thru Web shop or via email and allow us 24 hours to process the orders. www.enagicph.com

All machine purchase (Cash, Card, E-Payment) should be emailed directly to goc.phl@enagic.co.jp for registration.

Please wait for marketing team to contact you for the machine pick- up/ delivery details within 48 hours.

Full cash payment and down payment should be deposited to our bank accounts below.
